4-H Fashion Show 2008
“Once Upon a Time” was the theme of the fashion show put on by the West Feliciana 4-H Fashion Board to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital at Our Lady of the Lake.
Pretty Woman Boutique in Zachary provided several outfits to be modeled by 4-H members. Several local organizations sponsored the fashion show with donations – Gwen Sellers State Farm Insurance Office, First Steps Christian Learning Center and District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla.
Although the fashion show wasn’t a competitive event, the participants were all able to vote for their favorite outfits. Favorites in each category were Kate Field, Follow the Yellow Brick Road, Mary Quin Louviere, The Little Mermaid, Ellen Hopkins, You’ve Got a Friend in Me, and Radayisha King, Beauty and the Beast.
