Leadership: Resolving Conflict Conflict is a fact of life. Conflict and disagreements are not the same thing. Different ways to deal with conflict are necessary to get the best result. When addressed, conflict helps a group or individual become stronger. Conflict, if left unaddressed, can keep a group or individual from functioning positively.
